DreamYOUTH

Little Rays of Sunshine

DreamYOUTH was created by DreamYOU University Temachtiani and founder, Jen The Rainmaker. Jen would often hear her clients say "I wish I had these tools when I was younger."

Jen has worked with children who were suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, nightmares, night terrors, poor concentration, PTSD, parental abandonment, anger, depression, poor performance in school, strained relationships at home, emotional meltdowns, temper tantrums, bullying, separation anxiety, low self-esteem, body image issues, teenage relationship issues, and withdrawal from family and friends.

After using and implementing the tools taught during these sessions, parents saw noticeable improvements from the issues and struggles that their children experienced. The program also improved the relationship between parents and children.

DreamYOUTH Experience

"After learning the tools from Jen, my son stopped suffering from night terrors, nightmares, and was able to sleep alone, and had noticeable increase in his confidence. He was also able to articulate his fears to me and we were able to work through them. I highly recommend having your kids work with Jen."

– Shareen Rivera, Mom of a 6-Year-Old Ray of Sunshine

"I started with really bad anxiety, I have a nut allergy and I was scared to eat a nut that would make me sick. Jen's Dream Planting teachings really helped because she gave me tips on how to control my anxiety. She told me to get some lavender oil and rub it into my hands and smell it. Thank you Jen for helping me control my anxiety."

– Kamila, 11-Year-Old Ray of Sunshine

"I have trouble sleeping, so when Jen created Dream Planting it really helped me because I used to wake up in the middle of the night scared & go to my mom's bed. It really helped me, and now I have improved a lot. Thank you Jen cause now I can sleep well and be energetic for the rest of the day. Something that also helped me is that I was having feelings that caused me to feel a certain way, thinking that no one care about me and I started saying that I want to run away and not even be here in this world because my feelings got to me. After I started feeling that way, I got scared of what I said to myself so my mom helped me dream plant right before I went to bed, and perfectly the next day I felt awesome. Now I haven't done it again just from dream planting so you see dream planting has really helped me with everything."

– Jizelle, 10-Year-Old Ray Of Sunshine
